Peter Lang was our Animator in Residence working with year 9 pupils during June and July. Peter has had thirty years’ experience of working on children’s programmes and television commercials. He introduced seventeen of next year’s Animation Option group to a new cut-out software program, CreaToon. We decided to do an alphabet planet in which each pupil selected a different letter of the alphabet and based their planet around that. The animation will be posted on our website as soon as it has been edited. It should offer an interesting alternative to Flash. more |
